How to Accept or Decline Bids:

When you receive a bid or quotation from a transporter, you have the complete authority to either accept or decline the bid.

When you click on Accept on the bid, you are coming to a legal agreement and accepting the terms and conditions provided by the transporter. You will also receive a Confirmation email from us after you accept the bid and you will also be provided with the contact information of your respected transporter.

When you click on Decline on the bid, this would indicate that you do not wish to accept the bid of a particular transporter. You have to select a reason for the decline of the bid and we’ll let the transporter know from your side.

If you ever feel overwhelmed in accepting or declining a bid, there is no need to get upset. You have 72 hours to make your decision before your bid expires.
